Are world influences infiltrating the church:

One needs only to attend a few churches with different denominational names to see this to be true. What has become of the old time Bible thumper of the past? What became of the kinds of men who could say the words, "sin", "hell", "damnation" and "condemnation"? Oh, I know some are saying, "that kind of preaching just scared people away". That may be so on occasion but some fear of God and what He can do is necessary to the sin soaked soul.

Let's understand that the very Bible itself comes right to the point in many verses. "Hell" is named and even described in some colorful detail throughout the Bible, many times by a different name. This warning was not told by just anyone but by Jesus Himself in MAT 5:22 But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to his brother, 'Raca,' "You worthless one" is answerable to the Sanhedrin. But anyone who says, you fool!' will be in danger of the fire of hell.

"Sin", talked about from front to back of the Word of God. But because menwho want full pews, that is into the hundreds of attendees if not the thousands, do not desire to scare anyone into walking out. All I can say to this is the person who walks out due to these issues being spoken of had no use for the truth to begin with. Therefore, if they wont hear truth they have no need of the church.

"Damnation" otherwise known as, "condemnation". "ROM 5:18 Consequently, just as the result of one trespass was condemnation for all men, so also the result of one act of righteousness was justification that brings life for all men. This verse tells of the One Who brought life, That made this next verse possible. ROM 8:1 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

Now within the sanctuary of the church and upon the Podium we see a prancing dressed up buffoon who will one day stand before the King of Kings and answer for the souls who have bought his half truths. Thousands of persons filling the pews but, many are people who have no knowledge of God's truths. They have been told that they can live in behaviors that are clearly rejected by God. Who cares as long as they bring their tithes and offerings into the coffers of the church.

Promiscuity, adultery, divorce (there is more divorce within the church as a whole than there is in the secular world), everything the world does so goes the church. Bless my Savior in that I have a Bible teaching, preaching, and believing church to attend. Is everyone there perfect?

No not at all but there are a great majority there who are there for that one reason, it is a Bible Church.

Sinners are welcome in the church I attend, leave your sin outside the sanctuary and be ready for the Word of God taught in love, yet in truth. You may pick up that sin when you leave but that is between you and God. Should you become grist for the rumor mills in town expect a visit from the pastor or an elder.
